手繪圖形法對初學者來說較容易,即是將濃縮咖啡與牛奶融合之後,利用畫花筆或針狀物描繪出具體圖案。此法也可搭配可可粉、巧克力醬、肉桂粉……等材料來做圖案的創意變化,有時也可使用“直接倒入成形法”完成部分圖形後,再做最後的描繪。</div>

這是所有拉花手法之中最簡單的技巧。即是將濃縮咖啡與牛奶充分融合後,利用湯匙刮奶泡,製作出平滑的白色表面,再取出刻好圖案的網版蓋在咖啡杯上,並於距離咖啡杯約1釐米左右處,利用篩網撒上可可粉或肉桂粉,撒好後將網板拿開,圖案就完成了!雖然簡單,但還是要避免使用過於複雜的圖案與字型,以免圖形不夠清晰。</div>

•加熱牛奶時,切記不要讓牛奶超過75度,若超過此溫度,牛奶甜度不但會消失,打出來的奶泡也會過稀,且充滿粗泡。</div>
