1.將蒸氣閥打開,先讓蒸氣管理的水排出來。(此時請小心高溫,切勿將噴口朝向他人)</div>

2.將蒸氣管斜插入牛奶裏,再將蒸氣閥打開。</div>

3.將蒸氣噴嘴慢慢接近到牛奶表面的地方,讓牛奶表面的空氣能夠充分與牛奶混合。(此爲奶泡產生的時間,若位置正確時,會聽到一種平穩的“嘶嘶”聲)</div>

4.當表面的奶泡已經到達八分滿時,將蒸氣噴嘴再往下埋深一點,讓蒸氣繼續替牛奶加溫。而蒸氣噴嘴應靠近鋼杯的杯壁,使牛奶產生漩渦,讓牛奶與奶泡能混合。</div>
