2、衝咖啡</div>

如果咖啡粉磨得足夠細,那麼就用沖泡的方法。在漏斗內側放一張過濾紙,將一杯量(8-10)的咖啡粉放入濾紙兜內,要避免咖啡粉漏出,先用溫水將咖啡粉殷溼,杯子也提前用開水溫一下,然後架在漏斗下方。根據自己的口味濃淡加入適量的咖啡粉。</div>

3、沖泡</div>

用96度左右的純淨水(一定要純淨水,否則影響咖啡口感),均勻少量的順時針淋在咖啡粉上,將咖啡粉充分淹沒後,稍等待,第一道水濾入杯子後,繼續均勻少量順時針倒水,看着杯子裏的咖啡液達到想要的量時,就可以收杯了,收杯用逆時針倒水的方法。(添加的水要根據咖啡粉的量及個人口味來定。)</div>

4、煮</div>

如果研磨的顆粒還是較大,那麼就需要上火煮一下了。用砂鍋或是不鏽鋼鍋,將其與適量的冷水一起上火加熱,一定控制好火候,2分鐘煮到油沫有溢出狀態,轉小火再煮半分鐘,停火沉澱半分鐘,然後倒出,倒出時用濾紙過濾。</div>

可以根據個人口味加入適量的白糖和牛奶,或是直接飲用。</div>

1996年布拉以思和雷切露到波開梯溪谷的哈拉米瓊地區有一個正在出售的農園訪問,被這美麗的農園所吸引而立刻將它買下。這就是埃斯美拉達.哈拉米瓊農園,三兒子達尼埃露.比達松先生就在這個農園種出了咖啡世界所注目的――瑰夏(Geisha)咖啡!<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />
瑰夏咖啡生豆具有非常漂亮的藍綠色,玉石般的溫潤質感,聞起來有新鮮的青草香、桃子味、漿果氣息和大部分咖啡豆不具備的烏龍茶特有的奶香甜味,看來香氣和味道這種東西是很需要配合聯想的,但淡淡的茶氣是我們明顯能感覺到的阿卡提蘭果兩大火山,分別是Volcan de Fuego 與Volcan Acatenango,尤其Acatenango是中美洲衆火山的第三高峯呢,而跨過Fuego火山就是亞特提坦湖區了。該區的年降雨量是48到72英吋,年均溫在14 ~ 31度C,溫差夠大,因此豆質密度緊實,對風味頗有幫助,咖啡採收季主要在1月中到3月.目前本區仍有 Kaqchiquels族人居住並維持傳統農作方式;總計本產區約有4,000家農戶 ,而栽種咖啡可追溯到1880年就開始了<br />
