浙江在線09月15日訊 你還記得韓劇《匹諾曹》中，男主角崔達布和女主角爸爸崔達平聊天、並瘋狂喫冰的那家店嗎?如果和你說，劇中出現的那家叫“韓國雪冰”的甜品店已經在杭州開出了旗艦店，愛冰的你會不會很激動?</p>
<p>
上週六下午，正值“韓國雪冰”浙江一號店的開業儀式，雖然當天杭城飄起了小雨，但記者發現，店門口的人行道上仍站滿了人，就連電瓶車也不得不繞行。</p>
<p>
在杭州，不少曾經出現在韓劇中的甜品店、咖啡店，都已經紛紛登陸杭城，除了韓國雪冰，還有MANGOSIX、Zoo Coffee等。換句話說，你想要體驗韓劇情節，家門口就可以有!</p>
<p>
曾經出現在韓劇中的咖啡甜品店陸續登陸杭城</p>
<p>
去年9月，以動物園爲主題的Zoo Coffee湖濱銀泰in77店在杭州開業，一度引來韓劇粉們的瘋狂追捧。原來，Zoo Coffee不僅巧妙地將咖啡文化和動物園文化結合，其京畿道富川市所在的店還是熱播韓劇《善良的男人》的取景點。劇中男主角宋仲基的妹妹姜巧可就在那裏打工。</p>
<p>
今年8月22日，一家頻繁出現於各大熱播韓劇的咖啡飲品店“MANGOSIX”，登陸杭州。細心的網友們會發現，《紳士的品格》《繼承者們》《kill me heal me》《海德、哲基爾與我》等熱播韓劇中均有“MANGOSIX”的韓國門店取景。</p>
<p>
上週六，又一家名叫“韓國雪冰”的咖啡甜品店在武林路皇后公園亮相，一開就是三層樓，共459平方米。據其負責人鍾一帆說：“這是‘韓國雪冰’浙江地區的第一家店，也是形象店、旗艦店。”據店長付虹透露，目前店裏的產品都是中國內地所有店鋪同步的，部分韓國的新品也會陸續推出。</p>
<p>
韓劇劇情或多或少會對這些甜品店的產品銷售帶來影響。</p>
<p>
就拿MANGOSIX來說，其工聯店的運營經理楊延江告訴記者：“到店消費的多爲年輕女性，其中包括不少韓劇粉，衝着韓劇情節前來的顧客大約佔60%。”</p>
<p>
楊延江還介紹：“店裏的產品都是和韓國同步，其中賣得最好的就是芒果椰奶和爽藍檸檬水，60%左右的顧客到店都會選擇兩者之一。”而芒果椰奶和爽藍檸檬水正是《繼承者們》裏女主角車恩尚打工時製作過的兩款飲料。</p>
<p>
靠韓劇熱了的咖啡甜品店到底可以熱多久?</p>
<p>
記者瞭解到，Zoo Coffee目前在杭已經開了6家加盟店。Zoo Coffee湖濱銀泰in77店的營運總監韋雪豔表示：“門店於去年9月開始營業，當時受熱播韓劇《來自星星的你》的影響，剛開店的時候，店內總共109個座位以及三個包廂，全被顧客坐滿。”</p>
<p>
如今，這一波韓劇熱潮逐漸回落，韋雪豔表示：“相較於剛開店的時候，客流減少了約10%。平日裏，我們也會做一些活動，促進經營發展。”</p>
<p>
新開店的“韓國雪冰”負責人鍾一帆則是對產品感到信心滿滿，“我們並沒有以韓劇的熱播來作爲產品宣傳的重點。與憑藉韓劇熱潮立足相比，我相信產品給顧客帶來的體驗更重要。”</p>
<p>
當然，也有一些品牌熱衷於擁抱韓劇，從而促進其銷量。MANGOSIX的楊延江透露：“MANGOSIX韓國總部每年都會投資兩部左右的韓劇，由此給品牌注入一些更時尚、更潮流的元素。”但楊延江並不否認產品本身的重要性，“畢竟產品是最終呈現給顧客的載體，其重要性忽視不得。”</p>
<p>
此類咖啡甜品店也有“反面教材”</p>

其實，早在MANGOSIX、Zoo Coffee、韓國雪冰興起之前，還有一家爲衆多韓劇迷們熟知的韓國咖啡店，叫“Caffa Bene咖啡陪你”，《祕密花園》《咖啡屋》等熱播韓劇均在其門店取景。</p>
<p>
據悉，2012年3月，Caffa Bene咖啡陪你以中韓合資的方式進入中國市場，並迅速在全國各地開起多家分店。然而記者在網上搜索“咖啡陪你”一詞，卻發現近一年裏，與其相關的負面新聞不少，其中包括資金鍊斷裂、加盟問題、人事問題等各種說法。飛速發展的背後，問題也相應而生。</p>
<p>
對此，這些進入杭州市場不久的新面孔怎麼看?</p>
<p>
剛拿到“韓國雪冰”浙江總代理權的鐘一帆先生表示：“我們需要先把品牌做穩，再讓別人來加盟，因此暫時並不考慮讓其他人加盟。”</p>
<p>
與“韓國雪冰”不一樣的是，Zoo Coffee杭州地區的6家門店本身就是加盟店。Zoo Coffee杭州湖濱銀泰in77店的韋雪豔表示：“雖是不同的人加盟，但我們仍講求聯營連鎖店的概念。例如，我們如果需要更換使用的咖啡豆，也是和其他5家店一起挑選，同時更換，不會出現一家店單獨更換了原料而產生口味上的不同。”</p>
