在北京西大望路渝碼頭川菜館的大堂，何宗成侃侃而談：“我是重慶人，所以我的店名裏面必須要有‘渝’字，重慶崽兒嘛。另外，重慶有朝天門碼頭，萬州有十七碼頭、十六碼頭……我就喜歡碼頭，喜歡碼頭文化，所以我給自己的店取了這個名字。”然而，誰也想不到何宗成15年前初到北京的時候，只是一個廚師。</p>
<p>
初到北京當大廚掙了點錢</p>
<p>
“我是地地道道的農村人。”何宗成這樣說，他一直都有一個致富夢，“1981年，我還在讀書的時候就開始做生意了，1985年到1992年，我先在老家做水果生意，1992年底又到萬州開副食店。”</p>
<p>
“找了點錢”的何宗成沒有安於現狀，他看到廚師很找錢，就一邊開副食店，一邊跟萬州幾個有名的大廚學習。2001年底，他受兩個在北京做生意的同學影響，決定到北京去闖一闖，和妻子一起開啓了北漂生活。</p>
<p>
纔來北京的時候，何宗成對這邊的情況不瞭解，就找了家川菜館子打工當大廚。當時大廚的收入還可以，打工三年他還是掙了好些錢。</p>
<p>
奮鬥十年開了三家餐館</p>
<p>
何宗成對北京的餐飲市場逐漸熟悉之後，2003年，經過再三考慮，他決定放手一搏。</p>
<p>
“2003年，我開了第一家川菜餐館。”何宗成說。餐館的經營很快就上了路，2008年北京奧運會，他利用這一契機，開了第二家店，掙了不少錢。2011年，何宗成趁熱打鐵，又在北京西大望路開了第三家店，名爲“渝碼頭川菜館”。</p>
<p>
至此，北漂了10年的何宗成，通過自己勤奮努力、踏實肯幹的拼搏精神，從一個打工仔搖身一變，成爲擁有三家餐館的“何老闆”。</p>
<p>
開咖啡館對面來了星巴克</p>
<p>
餐館上了軌道後，何宗成有了更多的時間思考接下來的發展。2011年底，一高檔寫字樓區門面招租，一個朋友介紹何宗成去看看。他去看了之後才瞭解到，這裏的門面已經空了一兩年了，一直沒人敢來租，一是位置並不是十分好，二是價格比較高。但何宗成獨具慧眼，“我其實最開始還是很猶豫，但和子女商量後，他們覺得這個位置可以，並強烈建議不在這裏開川菜館，而是咖啡館。”</p>
<p>
咖啡館對於何宗成來說是個新鮮事物，爲了說服他做這個決定，子女們還專門帶着從來沒有喝過咖啡的他去喝了一次咖啡。“當時我們也做了調查，這個門面所在的這棟寫字樓擁有華爲、華電，以及多家知名會計師事務所入駐，但當時這裏還沒有咖啡館。當然，我們也不是隻做咖啡，我們還做簡餐套飯等。”何宗成說。</p>
<p>
雖然開業的最初兩個月，咖啡館因爲手續問題沒能引入簡餐，虧了點錢。但兩個月之後，這家咖啡店的生意開始火爆起來。不過，好景不長，沒過多久，星巴克在何宗成的咖啡館對面開了一家店。</p>
<p>
一開始何宗成還有點兒擔心，怕競爭不過這個咖啡業巨頭。爲了迎接這場硬仗，他們不僅進一步完善了服務，也將價格進行了一些調整。讓人意想不到的是，一系列應對措施出臺後，星巴克的到來，完全沒有影響到業績，反而生意比以前更好了。這家店僅用了一年零兩個月就回本了，何宗成認爲自己的這次投資非常漂亮，“接下來我還想開一家咖啡館，目前還在找地方。”</p>
<p>
何宗成在北京開縣鄉情會擔任要職，積極幫助重慶老鄉、開縣老鄉在北京發展，還資助了不少在北京讀大學的開縣籍大學生。每個週末，兩個大學生都會到渝碼頭川菜館來幫忙，其中一人說：“大學每年的學費都是何叔叔幫我繳的，最開始也會資助我一些生活費。但爲了鍛鍊我們，他給我們提供了在這裏打工的機會，這樣我們就可以掙零花錢了。”</p>
<p>
我覺得家鄉的變化很大，特別是最近幾年。我是開縣人，現在的開縣修得真的很好，退休以後我願意回老家買房子，我願意回去生活。我現在回重慶都會跑到開縣住兩天，很舒服，那裏空氣比北京好。</p>

何宗成：老鄉出來闖蕩不容易，我是過來人，我希望幫助他們，因此我餐館的服務員首選就是老鄉。</p>

<p>
何宗成：我現在每年回老家兩三趟，其中一趟是爲了回老家給我老父親過生。</p>
