這間客人坐到滿到外面的小型的自家烘焙精品咖啡廳也位於市區內，非常靠近荷蘭國家博物館，附近還有一間標榜阿姆斯特丹最好喫的漢堡 Lombardo's ，真的還蠻好喫的，有機會來分享一下。</p>

一進店裡左邊就是那滿滿的豆袋牆，我眼光始終無法離開，因為自己本身也在收集世界各地咖啡廳的豆袋做紀念，牆上的數量跟國家讓我驚呼連連。</p>
<p>
可愛的店狗讓我停不下快門，幾天前已經有分享過他可愛的慵懶的樣子，非常療癒，睡到櫃檯旁邊，客人都要跨著或貼在他旁邊點咖啡，中間有醒過來閒晃一下，後來還是堅持睡在櫃檯前。</p>

第一次看到有店家用單頭的Synesso ，超精巧的拉!覺得整體造型比La Marzocco Mini 還好看，不知道效能如何就是了。</p>

想點單品來喝的時候，咖啡師很親切的幫我介紹所有的單品，還拿四種豆子到我面前，希望我先聞聞看之後再點，專業服務滿分!點了杯 Kenya Wachuri，沖煮方式 V60，粉水比 15g 咖啡配 250ml 的水，悶蒸後用大水柱沖煮，老實說體脂感有點薄，但還是有喝到黑醋栗草莓風味，尾韻也不錯。</p>

阿姆斯特丹第一家外帶手沖吧，位置很靠近之前介紹的 sweet cup，就在一家戲院的大廳，附近還有另一間Back to Black 但這次沒有機會去到。</p>
