前不久The Alliance for Coffee Excellence發表解釋，“我們的咖啡拍賣活動進行了16年，是時候做出改變。”</p>
<p>
16年的時間，這個秉持擴散精品咖啡的組織將拍賣活動由巴西擴展到布隆迪。每年的拍賣月曆從1月安排到12月，巴西、哥倫比亞、薩爾瓦多、墨西哥、尼加拉瓜、洪都拉斯、危地馬拉、哥斯達黎加、盧旺達、布隆迪。</p>
<p>
而在明年的拍賣活動上，這份名單將只剩下巴西、哥倫比亞、哥斯達黎加、危地馬拉、洪都拉斯。The Alliance for Coffee Excellence說這是2016年的臨時措施，並且希望2017年能夠恢復到目前的拍賣規模。</p>
<p>
爲了咖啡農戶在整個產業鏈中獲得更多收入、高質量咖啡的品質能夠保持穩定以及對得起購買者付出的金錢，他們將着力「完善現有拍賣系統」、「更新現有評測標準」、「開發電子杯測表格」以及「解決拍賣後的咖啡運輸問題」。</p>
<p>
想要一下就達成上述四個目標，需要投入大量精力，這也是The Alliance for Coffee Excellence爲什麼要在明年減小拍賣規模，特別是停掉剛剛發展起來的非洲計劃——布隆迪與盧旺達。</p>

基本來講，The Alliance for Coffee Excellence努力要達成的這四個目標其中有些部分是急需解決的痛點。</p>
<p>
「完善現有拍賣系統」網上在線的模擬試拍(如果你有競拍資格，是可以針對某場競拍進行提前模擬競拍)。總體來講，看起來還算合理。</p>
<p>
匿名拍賣，起拍價通常設定4美金/磅，最小出價牌碼是0.1美元/磅;拍賣將持續進行至最終所有咖啡得到競價;在所有咖啡都被競價後，將進入3分鐘的倒計時環節，此時所有咖啡仍可接受新的競價;一旦倒計時結束，在線拍賣結束。</p>
<p>
The Alliance for Coffee Excellence想要去調整這一塊大概是因爲可能發生的線下提前串聯競價事件。在國際競拍界，參與其中的生豆買手，數來數去，就是那麼幾家大公司，這個競拍系統的漏洞是完全有可能被他們利用。</p>
<p>
「更新現有評測標準」COE 的評測標準是在 SCAA/CQI 的杯測標準上演進的，不要去在乎你的杯測表格到底是 SCAA 還是 COE，因爲好咖啡在什麼杯測表上都是好咖啡，壞的亦然。</p>
<p>
「解決拍賣後的咖啡運輸問題」，起碼得解決運往中國的問題嘛。中國人越來越有錢了，能參與其中的個人越來越多。</p>
<p>
「開發電子杯測表格」他們早就該做這項工作了。這個世界已經進化到電子閱讀的愉悅感不低於紙質書本了，誰還專門去打印 A4 的杯測表格?不環保、不便攜、不易分享。</p>
<p>
今年以來，國內的咖啡競拍杯測推廣活動開展的很熱鬧，陸續能喝到很多競拍場次的咖啡，包括 COE、BOP(Best of Panama)在內的拍賣咖啡的整體品質都值得探討。此時看來The Alliance for Coffee Excellence停止急劇擴張的步伐顯得非常明智，提高品質纔是獲得高價格的根本，否則一切都是泡沫。</p>
<p>
不要被 COE 的名頭嚇到，咖啡最終是要喝的。。</p>
