	　　BE+創始人朱磊先生，本身有着20年的商業地產從業經驗。在與新東方合作的時候，將目光轉移到了產業地產。&ldquo;新東方作爲中國最大的民營教育集團，已經生根20年，把已經做深了的產業與地產結合。有了內容，纔是真正的產業地產。&rdquo;看到了產業地產擁有良好發展趨勢的同時，行業目光敏銳的朱磊也洞察到了其短板。&ldquo;現在真正缺少的，是好內容的運營方。&rdquo;</div>

	　　轉投於文創零售行業，對於朱磊而言是一個極大的轉變。&ldquo;我覺得強勢經濟導致強勢文化，中國經濟實力的日益強大，勢必會在世界的舞臺上越來越有話語權，文化信息也將會不斷輸出。而我，只是選擇了這個行業裏比較細分的領域。&rdquo;</div>

	　　而經濟的發展導致的另一個趨勢，就是消費升級。消費者的目光不再只定睛於日常的喫穿住行，更多的是對於高品質的生活、精神消費、體驗性消費的需求不斷變高。朱磊認爲，在這樣的大勢所趨之下，文創零售會成爲市場熱點，誰有好的內容，誰就可以搶佔市場。</div>

	　　支持中國設計原創 形成生態圈</div>

	　　設計與藝術，是BE+最大的特點，也是BE+與其他咖啡店的最大差異所在。當本就熱愛設計的朱磊看到中國設計行業以及中國設計師的現狀和問題時，便覺得，本着BE+的初衷，他要給中國的原創設計一個平臺。&ldquo;現在中國的年輕設計師們都很有想法，也很有創意。但處於初創階段的他們，很難擴大規模。不管是資金、市場營銷還是銷售，他們都很有侷限。&rdquo;朱磊說：&ldquo;因爲我們有資本的背景，所以我們想通過資本的方式幫助中國的設計師收購一些IP，這樣可以從資金上解決一些問題；其次我們可以通過我們的視頻、平面團隊來幫助他們做整體的營銷推廣；而在銷售端，BE+就是一個很好的銷售平臺，他們可以在這裏展示他們的作品。&rdquo;</div>

	　　目前，BE+已經合作了包括工匠類、文具類、文創類、時尚類等品類的百餘個設計師品牌。而對於品牌的選擇，BE+自有標準：&ldquo;不同於藝術品，這些設計師產品，是可以批量生產的。那麼做爲產品，除了工藝性，其功能性和性價比也很重要，這3個元素是一個暢銷的設計師作品不可或缺的。&rdquo;</div>

	　　在BE+，目光所能看到的產品，均出於不同的設計師之手。而BE+二樓的區域，不僅是供設計師展示作品的平臺，也是一個靈活的活動區域。&ldquo;二樓會不定期有一些設計師的沙龍活動，設計師可以來推薦他們的產品。而多功能空間的區域，基本每個月都會有一個畫家的畫展。&rdquo;朱磊希望，設計師可以通過BE+這個平臺，有彼此之間的交流，也能實現和市場端的交流，從而形成一個小的生態圈。</div>

	　　以黑白灰襯托藝術與美食</div>

	　　以灰色爲過渡色，黑與白，是BE+的主色調。&ldquo;我們從門店設計到名片設計，都是以黑白色調爲主。&rdquo;朱磊介紹說：&ldquo;選擇黑白灰是爲了不搶色，不搶主角。因爲這樣，設計師和藝術家的任何作品及畫作放在這個空間裏，就都能夠體現作品本身的亮點和魅力。&rdquo;</div>

	　　當然，這黑白灰襯托的，不僅有藝術作品的絢麗，還有咖啡西點的醇香。</div>

	　　BE+一樓主營咖啡、甜點、西餐。&ldquo;我們主做精品咖啡；烘焙方法我們採用的是百年液種發酵法，是傳統法式西點，西點主廚也是從法國請來的。&rdquo;爲了保證產品的新鮮和口感的純正，BE+堅持天天烘焙。而BE+的西餐部分，也在八月中旬，隆重推出。</div>

	　　對於一個面對全國設計師和藝術家的文創品牌來說，虹橋商務區這個地理位置一定是有很大優勢的。這也是朱磊選擇將首家店落戶龍湖虹橋天街的重要原因。&ldquo;這是浦西最大的一個辦公區域，又臨近虹橋樞紐。我們在杭州、南京、蘇州甚至全國，都有合作伙伴，這個地理位置很有優勢。&rdquo;</div>

	　　由於業態的特殊和體量的需求，BE+在拓展時的選址就尤爲重要。&ldquo;我們要本着匠心精神在文創這個行業裏挖深、做好，那麼也要找定位匹配的項目。&rdquo;雖然沒有明確的目標，但是朱磊透露，BE+目前正在市中心尋找合適的門店位置，要把可以支持中國原創設計師的平臺，不斷做大。</div>
