說到“科技公司”,所有人想到的第一個品牌肯定不是星巴克,因爲星巴克不是第一個通過互聯網、用手機app賣產品的零售商,更阻止不了星巴克用科技力量讓消費者上癮。</p>
<p>
過去,賣咖啡靠的是咖啡因,現在要想把咖啡賣好,要抓住消費者的“科技癮”。其實,星巴克已經成爲最成功最龐大的O2O案例,每週,有大約4500萬消費者在星巴克消費,其中大約900萬消費者使用手機下單支付。它有什麼讓用戶上癮的“毒招”?</p>
<p>
毒招1:瘋狂搞手機app</p>
<p>
說到“科技公司”,所有人想到的第一個品牌肯定不是星巴克,因爲星巴克不是第一個在手機上賣產品的零售商,星巴克賣的也不是最好的咖啡,但這並不妨礙星巴克擁有一款最好的移動零售app。</p>
<p>
“我們相信我們將立於不敗之地,並且伴隨着移動先行的消費經濟的發展,我們地位只會得到鞏固,變得更加明確,”星巴克董事長兼職CEO舒爾茨(HowardSchultz)如是說道。今年,星巴克形勢大好,剛發佈不久的財務報告顯示星巴克業績很好,再次實現了穩步的增長,今年以來,星巴克股價漲幅超過50%。</p>
<p>
舒爾茨稱,通過星巴克推出的移動訂單和支付功能,消費者(美國)可以在抵達任意一家星巴克門店前先通過app下單點咖啡並進行支付,然後到店領取,不用排隊等候。據舒爾茨稱,星巴克每個月處理的移動訂單已經超過500萬份,並且這個數字每個小時都在迅速增加。而星巴克的忠誠度計劃現在已經吸納了3000萬成員。</p>
<p>
毒招2:瘋狂搞移動支付,每週有900萬人</p>
<p>
最近,星巴克已經與《紐約時報》、Spotify和Lyft簽署了咖啡配送合作協議。他對星巴克最新的按需服務倡議進行了描述:兩週前,星巴克已經開始對帝國大廈進行咖啡配送,只要消費者通過他們的app賬號登陸星巴克的配送網站,然後選擇商品下單並支付,配送員就會在半個小時內把咖啡送到消費者手中。到本季度稍晚時候,星巴克還將在西雅圖與Postmates合作開始配送服務。</p>
<p>
星巴克通過各種方式向人們展示,它找到了一種把其商業運作模式與消費者使用個人科技產品的方式結合起來的方法。數據顯示,星巴克的移動用戶年比增加了32%。每週,有大約4500萬消費者在星巴克消費,其中大約900萬消費者使用手機下單支付。今年10月,星巴克在美消費者的移動支付數量達到了一個更高的水平,占星巴克在美國所有交易的21%。這樣的迅猛勢頭恐怕連蘋果都要眼紅了。</p>
<p>
毒招3: 跟蘋果合作,打造品牌粘性</p>
<p>
星巴克,並不是第一個將數字科技應用於市場銷售的,但絕對是用的最好的公司之一。早在2002年,星巴克的門店就已經實現Wi-Fi信號覆蓋了。2007年,星巴克與蘋果公司合作,爲顧客提供免費使用iTunes Music的服務。2008年,星巴克推出“每週推薦”程序,通過該程序,顧客可以用他們在星巴克門店拿到的卡片免費換取iTunes歌曲下載的機會。</p>
<p>
作爲全世界最賺錢的公司,當蘋果公司願意開發一款智能設計且有粘着力的零售app,說明它願意與這家公司聯合。</p>
<p>
Apple Pay被認爲是蘋果公司佔領數字支付領域的野心的表現。庫克說,Apple Pay上線後72小時,就有超過100萬張信用卡被綁定在ApplePay上,到9月底,14%有信用卡的家庭已經簽約該服務。儘管Apple Pay的增長在逐漸放慢,但是庫克表示在Apple Pay上進行的交易仍在以兩位數的速率增長。並且,蘋果公司計劃在2016年將Apple Pay覆蓋星巴克在美國的所有門店。</p>
<p>
移動app是星巴克數字戰略鏈條的下一步。實體店的app並不少見,但是對於許多零售app來說,消費者認知程度很低。即便消費者知道這些app的存在,他們可能也無法體會到使用這些app的附加價值在何處。而這一點,就是星巴克忠誠度計劃中做的最好的部分。</p>
<p>
星巴克對於科技的關注和應用跨越了多個不同領域,包括移動支付、用戶忠誠度以及獎勵機制等,之所以涵蓋這麼多領域就是爲了推動銷量。</p>
<p>
從根本上來說,星巴克的思路是把消費者忠誠度計劃與其他商業結合起來,例如,讓消費者可以通過各種途徑、各種消費場所攢星星換取免費的星巴克咖啡,而且並不侷限於使用星巴克的app。</p>
<p>
這就是星巴克吸引更多咖啡愛好者進店消費的方式。除了人們對於咖啡因的渴望發揮的作用,現在,“手機上癮”是另外一種爲社會所接受的“癮”,星巴克已經找到將兩種“癮”結合起來並相互促進的方式。</p>
