	　　事實上，咖啡對身體健康的傷害並沒有你想像的這麼嚴重，只要你懂咖啡，其實可以喝出更多的健康好處。首先，下文所說的咖啡是指純咖啡，是指不添加牛奶、糖漿或者任何其他物質的咖啡，與商店裏面的速溶咖啡是不一樣的。純咖啡的熱量很低，還含有多種營養物質。</p>

	　　一、咖啡爲何飽受爭議?</p>
<p>
	　　很多人認爲是咖啡中含有大量咖啡因，喝多了會導致心率過速、睡眠紊亂、血壓升高等症狀，還可能引起上癮或肥胖。而事實上，39飲食編輯收集了相關資料，發現咖啡因會對人體造成傷害的前提是&ldquo;過量&rdquo;。咖啡中含有200多種物質，除了咖啡因，還有蛋白質、單寧酸、纖維素、生物鹼等多種營養成分。因此，把咖啡和咖啡因劃等號，可就冤枉咖啡了。</p>

	　　而根據英國的一項研究發現，對中樞神經系統來說，咖啡因是一種刺激物，經常喝咖啡，身體可能產生輕度依賴。但這些症狀持續幾天就會消失。我國著名心血管專家胡大一教授曾與前世界心臟聯盟主席馬里奧?馬拉奧等專家合寫過一本書《咖啡無罪的101個理由》，爲咖啡平了反。</p>

	　　人們常說的喝咖啡導致肥胖其實是速溶咖啡惹的禍。嚴格來說，速溶咖啡算不上咖啡，它的咖啡含量低、添加物多。速溶咖啡的成分表上常見的成分都是植脂末、脂肪和碳水化合物。</p>

<p>
	　　1. 增強記憶力</p>
<p>
	　　美國高級營養師傑克林博士表示，適量攝入咖啡因對短時記憶和長時記憶都有好處，不但可以防止認知能力下降，還能預防老年癡呆症。</p>
<p>
	　　2. 保護心血管</p>
<p>
	　　韓國曾經做過一項測試，通過對2.5萬受試者研究後發現，每天喝3杯(每杯約200毫升)咖啡的人患心血管疾病的風險更低。每天喝1杯咖啡的人比不喝咖啡的人因腦卒中死亡的風險低。</p>
<p>
	　　3. 減低患脂肪肝風險</p>
<p>
	　　美國哈佛大學公共衛生學院營養學與流行病學教授弗蘭克博士在對咖啡的研究中還發現，喝咖啡可降低患脂肪肝的風險，使自殺風險降低50%。</p>

	　　4. 降低癌症風險</p>
<p>
	　　發表在美國《臨牀腸胃病學與肝臟病學》雜誌的一項研究發現，每天喝咖啡可使患原發性肝癌的風險降低40%。還有研究稱，經常喝咖啡可降低女性患卵巢癌的風險。</p>

	　　5. 延長壽命</p>
<p>
	　　美國印第安納醫藥大學兒科教授發表的學術論文顯示，堅持喝咖啡的人死亡率比普通人低。海南長壽之鄉澄邁縣盛產咖啡，人均預期壽命爲77.79歲，這裏的長壽老人都有喝純咖啡的習慣。<br />
