昆明信息港訊 記者林堅 11月18日，雲南後谷咖啡有限公司在昆舉辦咖啡採購報價情況通報會。後谷率先進行採收報價，按照紐約咖啡期貨價格折算成人民幣，略減去運輸費用即爲雲南咖啡採收報價，讓雲南咖啡今起不再賤賣。</p>
<p>
自1988年外資咖啡企業進入雲南後，後谷咖啡形成了採購價格一般在紐約期貨價基礎上減去10—20美分的收購慣例。眼下正值雲南咖啡2015—2016年採收季，據云南省咖啡行業協會預計，今年雲南咖啡產量將達到13萬噸左右。而在近期紐約期貨價格持續走低的情況下，若繼續按外資企業在雲南低於紐約期貨價約10—20美分的收購慣例，雲南咖啡將面臨增產不增收。越南咖啡收購價格一般高於倫敦期貨交易所70—100美元/噸報價，哥倫比亞的報價基本上高於紐約期貨價格40-50美分/磅，巴西則按照紐約期貨價格報價，目前，全球只有雲南咖啡報價低於紐約期貨，而這樣的報價體系在雲南維持了27年，以雲南咖啡27年來平均年產量爲6萬噸計算，27年來，雲南咖農至少損失34億元以上。基於此，國內咖啡龍頭企業後谷咖啡率先報價：按照紐約期貨價格，略減去運輸費用報價，照此計算，後谷咖啡在今年採收季將每噸雲南咖啡的採收報價提高了1500元左右，在2015-2016雲南咖啡採收季，企業將會多支付上億元資金，而這上億元的資金，將會直接惠及雲南咖農。</p>
<p>
據瞭解，本次報價規則不僅針對雲南阿拉比卡咖啡，還包括羅布斯塔咖啡，後谷咖啡董事長熊相人表示：“後谷承諾一級雲南咖啡豆永遠不會低於1.5萬元/噸收購，盡企業最大努力，保護雲南咖啡種植者利益，絕不允許雲南咖農出現虧本情況。”通報會上熊相人還指出，在保護咖啡種植者利益方面，世界主要的咖啡生產國都有各自的採購保護機制，以穩定本國咖啡生產。例如：巴西採取拍賣式的保護機制，加上政府指定的統一收購，外資企業不得跟農民直接採購咖啡豆;非洲是競拍式，必須持有競拍執照才能參與競拍，纔有收購咖啡資質;在越南，政府指定幾家具備收購資質的咖啡企業進行越南本國的咖啡收購，以最大限度保護咖啡種植者利益。而在雲南，外資企業、本地企業、貿易商都可以直接跟咖農收購，農民的利益得不到根本保障，在世界各咖啡產區，都有政府直接管控，特別是在大的咖啡生產國，政府絕對不允許有外商直接採購本國咖啡。雲南幾乎成爲全球唯一的外商可以直接低價從咖農手上買咖啡豆並且很多年低於國際咖啡期貨價格收購的咖啡產區。</p>
<p>
據介紹，截止目前，雲南咖啡種植面積爲180多萬畝，預計新一季產量爲13萬噸左右，雲南咖啡種植面積和產量均佔到中國咖啡的99%左右;雲南咖啡進出口量佔到中國咖啡的80%左右，除後谷咖啡進出口佔據中國半壁江山外，雲南其他咖啡企業還完成了中國30%的咖啡進出口任務。雲南省咖啡行業協會預計：未來10年內，中國將成爲世界最大的咖啡消費國，雲南咖啡未來可謂“錢途無量”!在雲南省委、省政府的高度重視下，雲南咖啡企業團結一心，全體咖啡參與者共同努力下，咖啡必將成爲雲南未來的又一重要經濟支柱產業。<br />
