站在大廳內，浦江兩岸美景盡收眼底。 日前，一條“99%人不知道的陸家嘴神祕咖啡廳”的消息刷爆微信朋友圈，號稱其不僅價格比常見的咖啡館便宜，而且味道也絲毫不落下風。更難得的是，這家咖啡廳擁有180°無敵黃浦江景。</p>
<p>
在該條微信中，並未提及這家咖啡廳的名字，只是給出了其具體位置——陸家嘴震旦大廈的5樓。記者在大衆點評、美團等APP以“震旦咖啡”爲關鍵詞進行搜索，竟也沒有任何收穫，不禁對這個消息的真實性產生了懷疑。</p>
<p>
兩岸美景一覽無遺</p>
<p>
昨天上午，記者沿着濱江大道來到震旦大廈。在底樓大堂內，記者找到大廈的租戶索引牌，最終在商業配套中發現了這家咖啡廳的信息。</p>
<p>
記者乘電梯來到5樓，出電梯左轉，立即明白了微信朋友圈爲何會被這家咖啡廳刷屏：呈現在記者眼前的，是一片巨大的弧形透明落地玻璃窗，柔和的燈光打在大理石地板上，將整個大廳映襯出一層淡淡的金色。往前走10來步進入咖啡廳，視野也變得豁然開朗。整個咖啡廳的面積在300-400平方米左右，館內以歐式裝修爲主，可以180°無死角地俯瞰江景。走上露臺，江鷗飛過，黃浦江面上偶爾傳來清脆的汽笛聲，浦江兩岸美景更是一覽無遺，感覺整個人已完全融入其中。</p>
<p>
咖啡廳大廳內擺放着十幾張座椅，盡頭處還有幾張沙發，但除了記者之外，沒有其他客人。記者本以爲，客人少是因爲時間還早。但直至記者12點半離開，在近2個小時的時間內，來喝咖啡的總共也不過六七撥客人。</p>
<p>
價格便宜，八年多未漲</p>
<p>
從吧檯掛出的飲品價格來看，這裏出售的咖啡、茶飲以及冰品，不僅在陸家嘴區域屬於絕對低價，甚至與上海街頭的大小咖啡館相比，這一價格也完全稱得上是“親民價”。比如，最便宜的意式濃縮咖啡一杯只要15元，焦糖瑪奇朵、經典卡普其諾、美式咖啡、拿鐵咖啡、摩卡咖啡等一律25元，而目前市面上常見的其他品牌咖啡店，一杯中杯咖啡的價格普遍在30元以上。不僅如此，這家咖啡店的咖啡味道即便不算出衆，也絕非只是將就，這一點，從咖啡的拉花就可見一斑，性價比算是高的。</p>
<p>
事實上，25元已經是這家店飲品的最高價了，其他烏龍茶、花茶等各式茶飲以及冰沙也都是25元封頂。如果只是想感受美景，甚至還可以選擇可樂、雪碧或是蘇打水，最低只要15元。</p>
<p>
“我們這裏應該是八九年前開業的，價格一直沒有變化過。”吧檯工作人員表示，這家咖啡廳屬於大廈物業，從一開始就只是定位爲大廈配套的商業設施，主要服務的是樓內各大銀行、基金公司等工作人員，因而心態比較平和。</p>
<p>
工作人員坦言，由於比較低調，儘管咖啡廳擁有美麗的江景，但知名度並不高，外來人員幾乎很少知道，樓內還隱藏着這樣一個悠閒的咖啡廳。</p>
<p>
不少白領想去坐坐“真沒想到我們樓內還有這麼個好地方。”在震旦大廈樓內中信銀行工作了7年的蔣小姐，直到看了微信朋友圈才知道，身邊竟然有個這麼好的咖啡廳。據她透露，平時通常是在部門所在樓層與底樓之間往返，偶爾有幾次途經5樓，也曾看到過這個咖啡廳，但從來沒有進去過。“看着這裏裝修什麼的，總以爲不會便宜，再說工作也忙，想不到裏面竟然這麼有情調。”蔣小姐表示，這家店在微信朋友圈火了之後，她也想找機會進去坐一坐，但又擔心客流也會因此增多。</p>
<p>
另一名白領朱小姐則表示，她曾去過一次這家咖啡廳，但這裏只有咖啡沒有茶點，讓有喝下午茶習慣的她無法徹底愛上。“總覺得光喝幾杯咖啡沒什麼特別意思，畢竟辦公室裏也可以喝咖啡、看江景。”</p>
<p>
“要是有免費無線網絡就好了。”記者在微信朋友圈中看到，已經有不少陸家嘴白領在看到帖子後，表達了想去這家咖啡廳坐一坐的念頭。但由於這家咖啡廳裏不帶WiFi，讓一些“低頭族”覺得有所欠缺。不過他們也擔心，一旦免費網絡等服務提升，這家咖啡廳肯定就一位難求了。<br />
