呂賽特女士是位年近古稀的退休護士，在法國洛林省一座安靜的村莊裏安度晚年。不過，她最近卻因爲“咖啡”出了名——因爲她在家裏用鎮政府替她煮好的“咖啡”接待了法國總統奧朗德，鎮長還提前給她“約法三章”，讓她“嚥下了”想批評奧朗德的難民政策的“心裏話”。</p>
<p>
事情的經過是這樣的。近日，奧朗德總統到洛林省訪問，路過呂賽特居住的村子時，“順便”拜訪了這位退休護士。奧朗德此次洛林之行的主要目的是考察政府的村鎮改造政策給居民帶來的實惠，呂賽特女士恰好是村鎮改造政策的受益者，自然是“首選對象”。法國主流電視臺、報紙等都對這場擁擠的“廚房對話”進行了現場直播。從畫面上可以看到，女主人呂賽特被安排在奧朗德對面，但表情一直非常嚴肅，似乎缺乏女主人的“熱情”，反而是旁邊的奧朗德政治顧問和鎮長經常“替”呂賽特答話。奧朗德對呂賽特的“咖啡”讚不絕口，甚至回到巴黎後，還在另一個場合表示，他洛林之行在一位退休老人家“喝咖啡”，“聽到了羣衆真心感謝政府的心聲”。</p>
<p>
今年暑假後，奧朗德大打親民牌，經常在國內各地考察，也時常發表涉及國計民生的話題，旨在向公衆樹立一個“關注社會各階層”的形象，呂賽特的“咖啡”自然具有一定的“表現力”。奧朗德降貴紆尊，擠在狹小的廚房與主人喝咖啡、談民生，展現出總統多麼可貴的親民精神呀!</p>
<p>
小鎮本無事，事出必有因。呂賽特一下子成爲當地媒體的中心，各路媒體爭相採訪，但沒有“城府”的呂賽特在接受採訪時，“無意中”透露出的“真實情況”卻讓這一系列親民活動蒙羞。原來，這是一場事先導演、安排好的“順訪故事”，就連呂賽特的“咖啡”也是鎮政府送來的。呂賽特是鎮長的好朋友，作爲社會黨人的鎮長几天前便爲總統的“順訪”物色人選，老實巴交的好朋友呂賽特自然成爲不二人選。鎮長告訴呂賽特，愛麗捨宮(總統府)的特勤人員已經來此考察過了，有兩件事要保證“政治正確”：一是對改造裝修後的住宅要表示滿意，二是不要批評政府的難民政策——這正是呂賽特憋在心裏，欲一吐爲快的話題。此外，爲了能夠接待總統，呂賽特甚至答應在總統造訪期間不吸菸，把寵物貓寄存到鄰居家。呂賽特對是否“事先安排”並不太在意，反正一生中能夠在家裏接待共和國總統的人不算太多，總統來訪也足夠成爲今後幾年茶餘飯後的談資了。“順訪”如期而至，如願而歸，皆大歡喜，直到被曝出了真相。</p>
<p>
不得不說，呂賽特的“咖啡”這時候有點苦了。社會黨的反對派馬上攻擊，原來社會黨需要“事先安排”才能替總統爭取民意，呂賽特的“咖啡”反而成了反對社會黨的宣傳工具。</p>
<p>
當然，政府對此有考慮到“國際恐怖主義威脅”“總統安全”“不影響村民正常生活”等理由，但總統到了居民家卻喝當地政府“贈送的咖啡”，還不讓主人說心裏話，恐怕也會成爲今後一段時間法國人茶餘飯後的談資吧。</p>
