	　　Cafe 27 是一家主打天然有機概念的咖啡館，在北京麗都花園旁。</p>

	　　在今年的《透視》年度「亞洲建+設大獎」(A&amp;D Trophy Award)評選中，Cafe 27拿下了綠色室內設計(or 可持續項目)的卓越獎，操刀其空間的設計是來自上海的設計工作室 Four O Nine，由兩個加拿大人 Andrei Zerebecky 和 Lukasz Kos 2011 年成立。</p>
<p>
	　　這裏原先是一間玻璃溫室，在被改成咖啡館時，Four O Nine 考慮到北京的霧霾天以及 Cafe 27 兜售的天然有機概念，既然消解霧霾是不可能的，就想着用天然材料做出綠色健康的感覺來。</p>
<p>
	　　&ldquo;設計的靈感恰是源自咖啡館在選擇食材上的有機選擇，&rdquo;建築師 Lukasz Kos 表示。&ldquo;我們希望激發起人們對健康食物或者綠色建築的渴望。首先要做到的，就是在空間裏讓食客對周邊的環境有豐富的感知力。&rdquo;</p>

	　　如今很多空氣污染嚴重的城市，建築師都喜歡設計被植物覆蓋的空間結構，使其發揮植被的功能吸收二氧化碳併產生氧氣。就像建築師 Stefano Boeri 最近在瑞士洛桑設計的 36 層高樓，使用的正是&ldquo;垂直森林&rdquo;的概念。</p>
<p>
	　　而在 Cafe 27 內，植物是以盆栽的形式被呈現。設計團隊在咖啡館的內外牆壁上掛滿了綠植盆栽，用綠植將整個空間劃分成兩半，上部像是一片森林，下部則像是樹蔭遮蔽下的用餐空間。</p>

	　　地板部分，水磨石地板與白色瓷磚的組合將休閒區與備餐區分開，而從白色瓷磚的休閒區過渡到水墨地地板的備餐區，彷彿是從夏入冬的感覺。</p>
<p>
	　　因爲涉及到整個周邊區域改造的緣故，Four O Nine 還爲 Cafe 27 做了露臺餐廳及其二層酒吧。&ldquo;之前這個玻璃房子看上去特別俗氣，是用來舉辦婚禮的地方，&rdquo; Lukasz Kos 說。&ldquo;我們去掉了原有建築的粉紅色外觀，用木炭混凝土與花旗松木板替代了它。&rdquo;</p>
