星巴克咖啡含糖量超WHO警戒線</p>

寒冷的冬日,喝上一杯香濃咖啡,好不愜意。然而英國《每日郵報》日前曝出知名咖啡裏隱藏的高含糖量,讓許多人對咖啡望而卻步。</p>
<p>
世衛組織建議,成年男性每天攝入的糖不應超過35克,女性不超過25克。但據《每日郵報》報道,全球知名咖啡連鎖店COSTA的大杯全脂太妃拿鐵含糖量高達73.3克,是世衛組織建議女性每天糖攝入量的3倍。另一家咖啡巨頭星巴克的情況也不樂觀,其大杯蛋酒拿鐵的含糖量高達58.2克,是女性建議攝入量的2倍。</p>
<p>
新京報記者參照報道的COSTA和星巴克大杯咖啡的含糖量數據,並收集3款速溶咖啡標註的碳水化合物進行測評,稱取對應白砂糖,直觀呈現它們的含糖量。進一步計算發現,按建議衝調量衝兌成500ml,5款咖啡的含糖量均超過了世衛組織對女性每日攝糖量的建議值。</p>

探訪</p>
<p>
速溶咖啡含糖量普遍在40%以上</p>
<p>
新京報記者走訪超市,查看速溶咖啡的外包裝,發現許多速溶咖啡中的碳水化合物含量都佔咖啡總量的40%以上。</p>
<p>
在樂天瑪特崇文門店裏,一種德國格 蘭特 柏瑞姆黑咖啡,其碳水化合物含量達47%;“麥斯威爾”巧克力風味速溶咖啡碳水化合物比重達69%;江蘇摩卡食品公司生產的“摩卡”曼特寧口味即溶咖啡,碳水化合物比重更高達75%。</p>
<p>
中國農業大學[微博]食品科學與營養工程學院副教授朱毅對新京報記者介紹,通常來說碳水化合物的量約等於含糖量。如果糖分攝入過多,人體心臟負荷就會過重,甚至引發甜食綜合徵,造成人體免疫能力下降,代謝功能出現紊亂。</p>
<p>
事實上,早在2012年,就有國內媒體委託專業檢測機構對市場上暢銷的30種食品進行了含糖量檢測,發現單位含糖量最高的食品就是辦公室常用飲品三合一速溶咖啡,每100克咖啡裏含48.6g蔗糖,幾乎佔到了總量的一半。</p>
<p>
爲此,新京報記者決定參照相關含糖量數據,稱取白砂糖的用量,直觀呈現咖啡裏的含糖量,並測算500ml(大杯)速溶咖啡中的含糖量是否超標。</p>

實驗樣品</p>

星巴克、COSTA的大杯咖啡各一份;從超市隨機購得江蘇摩卡食品公司生產的“摩卡”曼特寧口味即溶咖啡、億滋廣通食品(廣州)有限公司的“麥斯威爾”巧克力味速溶咖啡、臺灣諦一豪三合一怡保白咖啡。</p>

實驗過程:</p>
<p>
1、衝調咖啡:參照英國《每日郵報》報道中的實驗數據,COSTA的大杯全脂太妃拿鐵含糖量73.3克,稱取對應的73.3克白砂糖,裝入統一規格的食品袋。星巴克大杯蛋酒拿鐵的含糖量58.2克,按照上述步驟,稱量58.2克白砂糖裝袋,以此更直觀地呈現該報道提及的咖啡含糖量。</p>
<p>
2、速溶咖啡:將一小袋“麥斯威爾”即溶咖啡樣品拆袋稱重,淨重13克,包裝營養成分表上的碳水化合物顯示爲9克,稱量白砂糖9克,裝入食品袋中。重複這一實驗步驟,諦一豪白咖啡淨重17克,對應的白砂糖爲15克,“摩卡”曼克寧即溶咖啡淨重13克,對應白砂糖爲11.2克。</p>

3、最後:統一按照大杯500ml的咖啡溶液,逐一換算。</p>

<p>
5款咖啡均超女性糖攝入量</p>
<p>
經測量並計算,星巴克大杯咖啡液體體積約425ml,則500ml星巴克大杯蛋酒拿鐵的含糖量約62克;500ml COSTA大杯全脂太妃拿鐵含糖量73.3克。</p>
<p>
如按照每克速溶咖啡對應10ml水的衝調量,一杯500ml的臺灣諦一豪三合一怡保白咖啡碳水化合物是44.1克;500ml“摩卡”曼特寧口味即溶咖啡的碳水化合物爲43克;500ml的“麥斯威爾”巧克力味速溶咖啡的碳水化合物含量爲34.6克。</p>
<p>
按照世衛組織的建議量,成年男性每天攝入的糖不應超過35克,女性不超過25克。如果都以500ml的量飲用,這5款咖啡的含糖量均超過了世衛組織推薦的女性每日糖攝入量;而除“麥斯威爾”巧克力味速溶咖啡外,其他4種咖啡還超過了成年男性的每日糖攝入量。</p>

可自主選擇咖啡配糖</p>
<p>
面對咖啡中的高含糖量,英國公民肥胖問題論壇發言人福萊對《每日郵報》稱,“這些脂肪和糖分的含量簡直駭人聽聞。這些公司應該更負責任……”</p>
<p>
新京報記者瞭解到,報道提及的COSTA全脂太妃拿鐵、星巴克蛋酒拿鐵這兩款咖啡目前未在中國市場出售。</p>
<p>
面對質疑,COSTA中國北方市場媒體負責人蘇博對新京報記者稱,根據中國消費者對甜味的嗜好,COSTA在中國售賣的調製咖啡比照其歐美國家的門店,甜度平均要下調10%;而中國南北方口味也不同,COSTA中國北方銷售的調製咖啡甜度比南方市場也會有所下調,甜度的下調意味着咖啡含糖量的降低。</p>
<p>
新京報記者走訪COSTA北京崇文門國瑞城門店發現,在顧客自取區域內放置有白砂糖和健康糖。同樣的服務在星巴克門店也可找到。健康糖的主要成分是乳糖和甜味劑阿斯巴甜,這是否意味着更加健康呢?中國農業大學食品科學與營養工程學院副教授朱毅認爲,相較於白砂糖而言,乳糖的熱量要小得多,甜味劑阿斯巴甜本身不含熱量。不過她提醒,即便用甜味劑替代了糖分,如果喫入過量食物的話,也不一定能達到減肥的效果。</p>

不加糖和牛奶的黑咖啡更合適</p>
<p>
儘管高含糖量使咖啡成爲威脅健康的飲品,但朱毅認爲,偶爾喝一杯含糖量較高的咖啡也不用特別在意,只有天天食用高糖咖啡纔會對健康造成損害。</p>
<p>
此外,並不是所有咖啡都不利於健康。青島飲料協會祕書長郭強支招,“從健康角度考慮,建議飲用不加牛奶和糖的黑咖啡,而且黑咖啡還可以起到燃燒脂肪的效果。”並且喝黑咖啡後還要喝一些牛奶來補充鈣質,因爲黑咖啡會引起鈣流失。<br />
