		　　方學賢博士是浙江大學公共衛生學院王福俤教授研究團隊的成員，他在梳理今年的醫學、科學論文時，發現全世界的科學家們在今年對咖啡的研究特別有意思。</div>

		　　<a href="https://www.gafei.com/">每天喝咖啡到底好不好</a>？喝多了咖啡會怎麼樣？這些在普通人中模凌兩可的問題現在有了科學的研究結果。</div>

		　　首先來看看每天喝咖啡好不好這個問題。</div>

	<div>
		　　答案會讓很多咖啡控們很高興&mdash;&mdash;每天喝咖啡能降低死亡風險。</div>

	<div>
		　　這是來自美國國家癌症研究所的研究。研究持續了10年，針對50多萬名英國志願者的血液樣本以及健康問題、生活方式的信息，結果發現，喝咖啡與全因死亡率（所有原因導致的死亡）降低有關，只要是喝咖啡的人羣，全因死亡風險就會降低。</div>

		　　這篇論文發表在今年7月份的美國醫學會雜誌&mdash;內科學上。研究中說道，無論喝的是速溶咖啡、研磨咖啡，還是脫咖啡因咖啡，全因死亡風險都會降低。更神奇的是，無論對咖啡因代謝能力強弱，喝咖啡人羣全因死亡率的降低都不受影響。</div>

		　　總體來說，喝咖啡的人死亡風險比不喝咖啡的人低10%-15%。</div>

		　　志願者們平均年齡57歲，年齡跨度從38歲到73歲，其中有54%的女性。78%的參與者有飲用咖啡的習慣，每天少於1杯的佔7.3%，喝1杯的有20.1%，2~3杯的有31%，4~5杯的有13.4%，6~7杯的佔4.1%，剩下的2%則每天飲用8杯及以上的量。</div>

		　　歷時10年隨訪，其間共有14225人死亡，其中8294人（58%）死於癌症，2833人（20%）死於心血管疾病，553人（4%）死於呼吸系統疾病。</div>

		　　&ldquo;這是一篇關於咖啡影響的綜述。&rdquo;方學賢說，在營養學界，已經形成的共識是，適量飲用咖啡，有益於整體健康。</div>
