麝香貓，其實應該叫椰子貓吧，這個看起來憨憨的有些委屈的小東西，雖然長相有點像浣熊，但是它真的是一隻屬於靈貓科的貓貓，它在中國東南部、東南亞、印度、斯里蘭卡等地都有分佈。</p>
<p>
那麼貓屎咖啡呢，顧名思義就是麝香貓喫下咖啡果，然後將消化不掉的咖啡豆給拉出來以後，在加工而成的一種咖啡，據說味道香醇甜美，回味悠長，但是身爲資深屌絲的我反正是沒喝過，據說這東西挺貴，好幾百塊錢一兩，雖然是可愛的貓貓拉出來的，但是一想到是便便。。。。。。</p>
<p>
由於麝香貓是野生動物，爲了得到它的排泄物，也就是貓屎咖啡豆，總是要花費很多精力尋找，這也是爲什麼這種咖啡比較精貴的原因之一，然而高利潤總是驅使人們做出一些不道德或者說侵犯動物生存規律的事情來，所以爲了賺錢，大量的麝香貓被捕捉圈養。</p>
<p>
慘遭囚禁只爲了滿足人類的口舌之慾，淪爲一隻生物咖啡製造機的結果很悲慘，關在狹小的只能轉身的籠子中，每天的食物就只有咖啡櫻桃、咖啡櫻桃、咖啡櫻桃。。。。。。</p>
<p>
其實麝香貓並不是以咖啡櫻桃爲主食的，它還喫昆蟲、鳥類、蜥蜴等以獲取蛋白質，但是現在它們只有咖啡櫻桃喫，還要拼命喫、不停拉，營養長期不均衡造成貓貓們體質虛弱、脫毛、變醜，等到它們不能再繼續生產時，就會被處理掉。大量的麝香貓被囚禁，它們除了能產生貓屎咖啡的咖啡果子以外沒有任何食物，最後因爲營養不良孱弱不堪，加上囚禁，原本20餘年的壽命縮短到大約只有三四年。</p>
<p>
一杯咖啡——也許就是一次好奇或者獵奇——也許就是一個無關要緊的味覺滿足，咖啡幽暗的液體裏，埋葬着大靈貓的性命。</p>
<p>
其實這樣產出的咖啡並不是你所聽聞的那樣好喝，麝香貓咖啡之所以好喝是因爲麝香貓愛喫赫蕉的花蜜，這種花蜜在發酵後會變成天然的甜酒，這種花蜜甜酒的殘留物在麝香貓的腹中和未消化完的咖啡豆反應，中和了咖啡的酸苦，所以產生出香甜的麝香貓咖啡，所以試問籠養的麝香貓只有咖啡櫻桃可以喫，又怎麼會產出高品質的麝香貓咖啡呢?只有健康的麝香貓，才能產出最好的麝香貓咖啡。</p>
