隨着國際咖啡連鎖的瘋狂拓展和本土獨立咖啡店的興起，咖啡越來越走近我們的生活。我們不僅可以在咖啡館喝咖啡，還可以在辦公室、家裏添置咖啡機、咖啡器具，自己做咖啡喝。不瞭解咖啡製作的人，可能會覺得做咖啡很難，其實未必。一方面，儘管咖啡師已經成爲一門職業，咖啡師有專業的要求，他們可以做出更多更復雜的咖啡飲品，但另一方面，如果你選擇合適的咖啡機或咖啡器具，做咖啡有可能易如反掌，比如使用全自動Espresso咖啡機，你只需在機器里加入烘焙好的咖啡豆和乾淨的清水，再按下按鈕，你立馬得到一杯新鮮咖啡。此外，電滴濾咖啡壺也是辦公室和家用的好選擇。如果更“講究”一點，不嫌麻煩，用手衝咖啡器具，你就能做出更有“品味”的咖啡，因爲這種看似簡單的器具最能體現不同產地、不同品種、不同加工方法的咖啡豆的真實風味，由於它用濾紙過濾咖啡液，得到的咖啡可以晶瑩剔透，更爲吸引人。據說歌手李健就喜歡自己手衝咖啡，當然，我相信他更愛喝茶。</p>

言歸正傳，好喝的咖啡來自新鮮烘焙的好咖啡豆。生咖啡豆的品質有好壞，烘焙的咖啡豆的保質(保鮮或稱嚐鮮)期很短，那麼，如何才能保證一杯咖啡飲品是用高品質、新鮮烘焙的咖啡豆來製作的呢?答案就是你自己採購生豆自己烘焙。當然了，你不能嫌麻煩。</p>

咖啡生豆在網絡上很容易採購到，你需要的是一臺好用的家用咖啡烘焙機。</p>
<p>
在剛剛結束的西雅圖SCAA精品咖啡年度展會上，就亮相了一臺這樣好用的咖啡烘焙機。但估計這機器進入天朝市場還需時日。價格目前不知，但因爲它的單次烘焙量爲60克生豆，它適合於個人家用或咖啡館、烘焙廠做樣品烘焙用，因此，希望其價格不會太高。你看清楚了，這裏說了不知道其價格，別隻看一眼標題就問價格 --- 你問我也答不了。</p>

不管這些術語了，簡單說，這機器用USB線連接到電腦、ipad或手機上都可以，使用自帶的軟件，用鼠標在電腦上或用手指在觸摸屏上設定起始和終止點，在機器的上方入口放入生豆，啓動開關按鈕，機器就自動烘焙了，完成烘焙後自動停止，當然在烘焙的過程中你也可以隨時調整烘焙軌跡，換句話說，它既可以傻瓜式自動烘焙，也可以由你控制烘焙。機器左下角的玻璃罐是用來收集銀皮的，烘焙完成後，換一個同樣的空罐就可以將烘焙好的咖啡豆倒入裏面，然後你就可以使用這咖啡豆做咖啡了。</p>
